Benjamin Smith docket, 1788-1792.

This docket contains Benjamin Smith's entries from the hearings held in his courts in Hunterdon County and the Township of Trenton from 1788-1792. The entries include the names of the plaintiff, defendant and constable and the date. Occasionally the charge is indicated, however the majority of entries only note the verdict. Smith also records when he has received the defendant or plaintiff's payment. Also included are entries for marriages Smith performed from 1790-1791.
